When you are a boy there’s no such thing as BEAUTY SLEEP! This little guy sleeps with one eye open, with eye boogies, and slobber running down my shoulder. It’s so cute now Bennett, but if you’re still doing this in 20 plus years this may creep out your future wife.

Dolly express….
For Christmas the girls got these dolls
I was a little worried that while the girls played “Dolls” Mason might feel left out.
No need to worry………he found a way to include himself. He came up with (as he puts it) the DOLLY EXPRESS!
He would give their dolls a ride around the park.
Half the time Sadie would be following him screaming that he was going too fast for her doll.
But in the end… her doll survived the crazy ride!
And on Dec 26th …… even though she BEGGED for this doll………….it was placed in her closet and has not been taken out since. Merry (we keep wasting money) Christmas!!!
The big 5…
This cute girl turned 5 in December
And her personality grows about 5 times bigger each year…
HAPPY BIRTHDAY….LOVE YOU!
Cocka-doodle-doo!
BUSTED!!! This little stinker likes to wake up her brother when Mom’s not looking because she’s so excited to play with him.
Getting squishy…
So many new rolls everyday!
Love having him sleep on me!
Such a heartbreaker!
Yes, we have all been feeling this way since you arrived! (TIRED)
But a face this cute is worth losing sleep!
Nighty-Night little one….
Please when your old….NEVER HAVE A COMB OVER!
Built in babysitter!
It’s crazy to stare at this picture of my OLDEST and my YOUNGEST! I can’t believe I am this far into motherhood. Didn’t I just graduate from High School???
All for a ticket…
(I already posted this on Facebook…but my blog is like my journal so it’s got to be posted here too)
Since having the baby my life has been complete chaos. No let me rephrase that...my kids have been complete chaos. My sister in-law gave me the bright idea to get them helping me by buying carnival tickets at the dollar store and for each ticket earned they get $.25. One way they can earn a ticket is if my kids get up and get COMPLETELY ready for school without being asked. Last night when the baby woke up at 2:00 a.m. I rolled over to find this little man asleep in my recliner next to my bed. That's when I noticed he was ALMOST all ready for school.....he just fell asleep trying to get his shoes on. That's when I realized, when I heard the shower running (in what I thought was my sleep) an hour earlier, it was Mason taking a shower at 1:00 a.m. just before getting himself ready for school. Thanks Aunt Patience for the ticket idea....UNFORTUNATELY I think it's working a little too well!!!
