Yesterday we got a phone call from Rich’s brother who’s stationed in Florida in the Navy. He said he was driving from Florida to California and was stopping in Utah for a quick visit. HOW EXCITING!!! WE LOVE UNCLE TAYLOR!
The best part about the visit was when Mason went to say the blessing on the food. He always includes “Bless Uncle Taylor” in all of his prayers. And when he went to say this blessing over the food, he looked at Taylor a little embarrassed because he wasn’t sure if he still needed to be praying for someone who was sitting right next to him. But he still blessed him…and then we stuffed our faces! What a good evening. Full of two of my favorite things…FAMILY AND FOOD!
But one evening is just not enough. We wish we could see Tay more often. He is the sweetest, most generous and caring person. And soooooo cute with our kids. Can’t wait to see him become a husband and father some day. Great to see you Tay!!!

We have a beloved Uncle Taylor in our family! I love bachelor uncles. The kids just eat them up!
